Order Processing All products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at newyorkpridegoods@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are outside our control.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
